Proper Soy Candle Care:
-When you first light a candle, allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges of the container. This will help prevent tunneling around the wick and allow for more efficient burning in the future.
-Always trim the wick before each use. A wick that is too long can cause excess smoke and uneven burning. It is recommended to keep the wick at approx. ¼ inch in length.
-Avoid leaving the candle lit for more than 4 consecutive hours. This will help extend the life of the candle and prevent the container from getting too hot.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. Up to 14 days.

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped. The buyer is responsible for making requests within this period.

You have the right to cancel an order within a reasonable time (before preparation has begun). You will not be charged for any order canceled in accordance with this clause. Any payment made before you cancel an order will be refunded using the same method used to pay for the order.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ONE'S CONTROL

Neither party will be liable to the other for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond the control of both parties, including without limitation any of the following: accidents, natural disasters, government action, war, fire, flood, explosion or social unrest.

In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs obtain medical advice.
